Can I bring my dog on a tour?
Well behaved dogs on leads are very welcome. Please remember that not all tour participants may love dogs as much as we do!
Do the tours run in bad weather?
Yes! We walk whatever the weather unless it is especially severe. If we cancel due to the weather you will be informed 24 hours in advance and receive a full refund.
Can I cancel my booking?
All bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the tour.
If I am late will the tour wait for me?
No. The tours start on time. You are welcome to join the tour midway through at your convenience but please be aware the tour may move away from the start point. No refunds will be given in the event of participant lateness for any reason.
Can children come on the tour?
Children accompanied by an appropriate adult are welcome on the tours but please be aware that the tour content is aimed at adults and may not be suitable or engaging for some children. Unaccompanied children under 18 years old are not allowed on the tours.
